GOVIS PHOTOGRAPHY MATERNITY CONTRACT
This is a contract for maternity photography services between the Photographer, Govis Photography and the Client:
The following terms and conditions apply to the agreement:
1. The Photographer agrees to provide the Client with a maternity photography session at the agreed date, time, and location. The session will last for approximately one hour and will include up to 10 edited digital images delivered via an online gallery within one week of the session.
2. The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a non-refundable retainer fee of $100 upon signing this contract to secure the booking. The remaining balance of $280 for the basic package or $400 for the premium package is due on or before the day of the session. The Client can pay by cash, credit card, or online transfer.
3. The Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and other promotional purposes.
4. The Photographer retains the copyright of all images from the session and will not sell, transfer, or license them to any third party without the Client's written consent. The Client receives a personal use license to print, display, and share the images for non-commercial purposes only.
5. The Client can request up to two revisions of the edited images within seven days of receiving the gallery. Any additional revisions or requests for raw files will incur extra charges at the Photographer's standard rates.
6. This contract represents the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Client and supersedes any prior oral or written communication. Any changes or modifications to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
